By accessing or using IncomePro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. IncomePro is operated by Apex Wealth (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
IncomePro is a software-as-a-service platform designed for financial advisors to create income allocation plans, retirement projections, and financial reports for their clients. The Service includes financial modeling tools, client management features, and report generation capabilities.
To use IncomePro, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Professional-tier features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period expires, access to the platform will be restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan.
IncomePro offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis with a 12-month annual commitment. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fee for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. After the initial 12-month period, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time.
All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
You agree to use IncomePro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems, use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into IncomePro, including client information, financial data, and generated reports. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
IncomePro is a planning and modeling tool. The projections, calculations, and reports generated by the Service are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the advice you provide to your clients. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of projections or market assumptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncomePro and Apex Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to IncomePro if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of IncomePro after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
